Hyper-local content for a national brand — with donuts and beach vibes.

At Fish Consulting, I managed social content and strategy for Dunkin's National Facebook page and their South Florida Twitter account, creating localized content that felt relevant to the market without losing the brand voice.

The highlight was a Valentine's Day campaign I developed in 2015: followers submitted why they loved their partner for a chance to win an engagement ring and a Dunkin'-hosted proposal. We partnered with a local jewelry store, secured media coverage, and received 500+ entries in the first year alone. Our first winners were two Dunkin' employees who had fallen in love on the job — a story that basically wrote itself.
